The Ultimate Adventure Moto NZ – New Zealand Adventure Tour is the ultimate adventure riding experience!

This tour packs in 3-weeks of epic riding around the full New Zealand landscapes including both the North and South Islands.

Experience a large range of riding experiences from breath-taking winding highways, back coutry gravel trails and 4WD tracks, lake vistas, climbing over some of the most famous alpine passes and high country stations , you will definitely not be disappointed.

21 nights accommodation are included in the tour, in qulaity Motel and Hotels, providing a great look around some amazing NZ towns and local experiences.

The tour has an “off-the-beaten-track” focus with some excellent highway riding linking lots of gravel roads, plus some 4wd tracks and stream crossings to keep the adrenaline pumping. The tour is therefore only suited to intermediate riders with gravel and off-road riding experience, and able to handle a large adventure motorcycle off road. Our expert guides will be there and be able to offer advice and riding tips if required.

A deposit of NZD$3,500 is required to secure your place on the tour and confirm your motorcycle selection from available models.

Deposit payments are to be made by Credit Card on our website booking system. All deposits are non-refundable.

An invoice will be sent to you for the outstanding balance with full payment due 60 days before the tour departure.
Payment can be made via Direct Credit or Credit Card.
If Ultimate Adventure Moto NZ Ltd has not received your final payment within 60 days before the start of the tour, the deposit will be forfeited and the booking cancelled.

All prices include New Zealand Government Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%

At commencement of the tour a bond of NZD$2,500.00 is required to be held for each motorcycle rental for any damage, loss or expense incurred by you. This sum is fully refundable if the motorcycle is returned at the conclusion of the tour without any damage, loss or expense. The bond must be taken in the form of a pre-authorisation on your credit card at the commencement of the tour. (All damages paid by credit card will incur a 2.9% credit card surcharge.)

Have a motorcycle licence valid for riding in New Zealand, and

Be a minimum of 25 years old, and

Have off-road or gravel riding experience (essential), and

Be comfortable riding in rough, bumpy, narrow, and steep terrain, and

Be able to ride standing up on motorcycle footpegs including over small obstacles
Motorcycle Hire - Your choice from available models on our fleet

Motorcycle Fuel – All the fuel (petrol) for your bike is covered in the tour package cost.

Planned Routes - Pre-ridden routes, with optional extra sections for more adventurous and experienced riders.

Tour Guides – Experienced adventure motorcycle tour guide(s)

Pre-Ride Briefings – Full route and safety briefing daily

GPS Routes – GPS devices with full tour route files pre-loaded are supplied for the full tour.

Accommodation – Twin share accommodation provided (single available for additional cost). A range of different accommodation from Hotels and Motels depending on our location.

Ultimate Adventure Moto NZ Ltd tour cancellation policy:

A participant may withdraw from the tour at any time by notifying Ultimate Adventure Moto NZ Ltd in writing via email or dated letter. In case of withdrawal, a cancellation fee calculated by reference to the total tour fee is payable as follows:

More than 60 days before the tour start date: Loss of the non-refundable deposit.

60-30 days before the tour start date: 50% of the total tour cost.

0-29 days before the tour start date: 100% of the total tour cost.

If you do not show up at the scheduled start time of the tour for any reason, 100% of the tour cost will be forfeited.

We strongly advise taking out your own personal travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances that would prevent you from attending the tour.

Tour dates are not transferrable to an alternative date. Please choose your dates carefully.
