TOUR PAYMENT TERMS

DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on the tour and confirm your motorcycle selection from available models. The deposit amount varies depending on which tour is being booked.

Deposit payments are to be made by Credit Card via the online booking system on our website -www.ultimateadventuremoto.co.nz - All deposits are non-refundable.

PAYMENT BALANCE

After booking and deposit payment an invoice will be emailed to you for the outstanding balance with full payment due 60 days before the tour departure.

Payment can be made via bank transfer Direct Credit or Credit Card.

Invoice payments made via Credit Card will incur a 2.9% surcharge.

If Ultimate Adventure Moto NZ Ltd has not received the final balance payment within 60 days before the start of the tour, the deposit will be forfeited and the booking cancelled. 

All prices shown are in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD)

Traffic and parking fines that come in after the tour has ended will be charged to your Credit Card.

All prices include New Zealand Government Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%
